(From the Lower Cape -- west of Harwich)
Proceed on Rt. 6 (Mid-Cape Highway) East toward Provincetown.
Take Exit 11 (Rt. 137) from Rt. 6.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rt. 137.
Cross over Rt. 6, then take your first left (Long Pond Drive).
(From the Upper Cape -- east of Harwich)
Proceed on Rt. 6 (Mid-Cape Highway) West toward the Canal.
Take Exit 11 (Rt. 137) from Rt. 6.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rt. 137.
Take your first left (Long Pond Drive).

Proceed about 1/2 mi on Long Pond Drive to Great Woods Road (on your right, just beyond a blue fire hydrant, and across from Sidney Road). There is usually a street sign marking the road; the road is one-lane. Turn right onto Great Woods Rd.
Proceed 50 yards or so to Cora Nickerson Rd., on your right, across Great Woods Road from the first house on your left. If the sign is missing, note that there are a number of mailboxes immediately beyond Cora Nickerson. Turn right onto Cora Nickerson.
You'll pass by one house on your left, and be headed for the circular drive of our neighbor to the East -- turn left at the "Swain 10" sign just before the end of Cora Nickerson, and you'll be on what passes for our driveway.
